IE7 and script.aculo.us

The system works! A compatibility problem has been quickly resolved via the IE7 forum:

By: wombert

Script.aculo.us has been changed to be compatible with IE7 and also includes
a modified prototype.js which doesn't use Object.prototype.extend() anymore.
For those interested, head over to http://script.aculo.us/ and grab a fresh
version from the SVN repository.

Erik was right. I hope that the modified Prototype library is released soon because I quite like it.:-)

Kudos to the script.aculo.us team (and the IE7 forum guys) for turning this around so quickly.

Great to hear:-)

I just removed all the “if (i === ‘extend’) continue;” cruft from the loops in my scripts and my IE7 copy.
